A pleasure and a privilege to work with you

Finally, I am sitting down to thank you for our wonderful Rosy's experience. From our first meeting almost two years before the wedding, right through to the end, it was a pleasure and a privilege to work with you and your staff. There was never in all the months of long-distance planning a moment when I did not enjoy working with you, and feel I was treated, not only professionally, but with care, calmness, courtesy, and total competence. My confidence was not misplaced, as on the evening of the wedding, everything was spectacular — Rosy's looked so beautiful, inside and out, the food was absolutely delicious (I only wish I'd had time to taste everything!), and you and your staff were the best. Truly I knew I was in capable hands and was able to just enjoy the fabulous party! Of course my early concerns about the size of the crowd turned out to be unnecessary. Even in the end, when the bridesmaids' limo bus went AWOL wit hall their personal belongings inside, I asked for a phone book so I could call the company. Instead, you went into action yourself and had the situation handled and resolved in a matter of minutes! What a relief that was.
